This quality management system forms the foundation of our organizational and technical structure. It has been implemented to monitor and improve production processes, ensuring that our products meet customer specifications and requirements.
Our facility marks the point of transition between the consolidation of technology and know-how acquired over 40 years of activity and a technological projection towards the future. With state-of-the-art machinery and our specialized staff, we can carry out the entire production process of water reserves within the company, ensuring control and quality at every stage.
Operating with a quality management system certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, we ensure control over all company processes, from the design of the product to its on-site installation.
Our welding processes are constantly monitored with a certified system according to the UNI EN ISO 3834-2 standard, which involves planning, managing, and controlling all welding-related production phases.
In compliance with European Regulation No. 305/2011, which requires issuing a Declaration of Performance (DoP) for structural carpentry elements, we have implemented a Factory Production Control (FPC) system in accordance with UNI EN 1090-1 EXC3. This involves managing the production process in accordance with EN 1090-1 requirements up to EXC3 class.
Additionally, we offer a line of Factory Mutual certified tanks. This means we are qualified to participate in projects that require this certification.
As part of our supply, we provide customers with calculation reports and the completed design, as required by current regulations.
