The Rizzotto pump room is a prefabricated structure designed to house fire protection booster sets, in compliance with EN 11292. It is available in three standard configurations for 2, 3, or 4 pumps, with the option for custom solutions based on the available space and system layout.
The structure is made of EI60-rated sandwich panels and a galvanized and powder-coated steel frame, designed according to the locales standards for construction. It ensures at least 60 minutes of fire resistance and high structural strength, even in seismic zones. All joints are sealed with REI60-certified materials.
Its compact and functional design is engineered to optimize internal space and simplify internal piping, maintenance, and inspection activities. The pump room can be equipped with standard or optional accessories, including dampers, extractors, dividing walls, additional doors, electrical system, general and emergency lighting, anti-freeze heating, and UPS provisions.
The technical documentation—including executive drawings, REI60 certification, and structural calculation reports—is complete and available from the design phase, with full traceability via the Rizzotto portal and app.
