Service for tanks

Annual maintenance

Our annual maintenance service includes all mandatory checks required by fire protection standards and structural regulations, including:

  • Inspection of installed devices on the tank
  • Verification of structural compliance
  • Inspection of the integrity of the metal sheets
  • Detection of any signs of rust
  • External and internal inspection of the tank cover

Our operators always work from outside the tank, without the need to deactivate the system or empty the tank. At the end of the intervention, the client will receive a notification of the inspection and will be able to access the report detailing the activities performed, along with photos of the tank’s interior and exterior. If necessary, we will also provide an evaluation of any work required to bring the system into compliance.

Decennial maintenance

To ensure maximum efficiency and sustainability, we offer a decennial maintenance service that doesn’t require the water reserve to be emptied. Thanks to the use of underwater robots, we perform all the checks required by fire protection standards and structural regulations, keeping the system in operation while minimizing environmental impact.

The advantages of our solution:
Continuity: No downtime for the system
Savings: No need for a fire safety watch
Sustainability:
Water is not wasted
Efficiency:
Speed of maintenance activities

Internal inspection

By using a remotely operated submersible robot, we can carry out detailed inspections inside the tank without needing to empty it. This method allows us to precisely monitor the overall condition of the structure, verifying the integrity of the waterproofing, checking the condition of internal accessories, and detecting sediment at the bottom of the tank.
During the inspection, the robot captures high-definition images and videos, providing clear visual documentation of the tank’s condition. Based on the gathered data, we can accurately determine if internal cleaning or other interventions are necessary to ensure the system operates correctly. This non-invasive inspection method ensures that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently, maintaining service continuity.

Internal cleaning

If the inspection reveals layers or accumulations of sediment inside the tank, we proceed with the intervention using advanced vacuum robots. These devices enable a thorough cleaning without interrupting the tank’s operation, ensuring continuous functionality. The process is designed to avoid water waste and minimize system downtime.
Our vacuum robots, equipped with high-efficiency pumps, precisely remove dirt and sediment, keeping the tank clean and efficient. This approach eliminates the need for invasive procedures, minimizing inconvenience and costs for the client, while ensuring the system remains compliant with regulations.

Extraordinary interventions inside the tank

When tank inspections using our robots reveal the need for more invasive interventions, we offer a range of specialized services, including:

Replacement of the internal membrane:
We replace the existing membrane with a new tear-resistant PVC liner, ensuring greater durability and extending the tank’s operational life.

Restoration of internal accessories:
We repair or replace internal hydraulic components showing signs of wear, corrosion, or damage, restoring the system’s optimal functionality.

Installation of new accessories:
We install new components inside the tank, adapting it to the updated requirements of the fire protection system or structural modifications.

Internal cleaning with an emptied tank:
In cases of significant sediment or solid waste buildup, we perform manual cleaning of the tank, completely emptying it to ensure a contaminant-free environment.

Innovative management

Our clients have access to a digital platform system that allows them to monitor and track all past and future maintenance activities. Through this tool, they can view a calendar with all scheduled activities according to regulations, receiving timely notifications when a maintenance deadline is approaching.
The system also provides access to maintenance reports, including demonstration photos and detailed records of the checks performed, in compliance with current regulations. This ensures both structural safety and peace of mind for our clients, who can rest assured that everything is compliant and under control.
Our portal features a dedicated documentation section, providing quick access to all tank-related documents, streamlining responses to requests from professionals involved in the system’s management.
The reserved area is accessible from both computers and smartphones by downloading the dedicated app, available for iPhone and Android.
